Spotting the symptoms of ovarian cancer can be tricky because they can be really vague and confused with other issues. Keep your digestive system and your menstrual cycle under a magnifying glass in order to “know your normal” when it comes to your ovarian health.
Normal = PMS symptoms or feeling bloated after eating too much Chinese food.
(Some examples of) Not Normal = Pelvic or abdominal pain, prolonged bloating, and difficulty eating or feeling full quickly.
Follow the 2-3 week rule and call your doctor if your symptoms are the same or worse!
