Headaches

I've had a headache since 4am this morning and it's going on 9pm. I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I've been taking Tylenol every 4 hours, not helping at all. I've tried sleeping, hurts too much to even try. Is this normal or should I be concerned?? I've never had headaches with my other 2 pregnancies so I'm not exactly sure.. This headache radiates from my forehead and wraps around my head. I know noone on here is a doctor but did anyone else experience headaches like this...
