Random question.

I see people complaining about the way the American government runs. I also see there's nobody with a solution. I don't know what made this thought pass through my head, but do you think another civil war will change things? Do you think that's the answer? I'm sure there's countless people calling into their representatives about what they want to change, but there's seemingly no answer. More and more bills are being proposed and passed which the vast majority disagree with and don't want. If war is not the answer, then what is in your opinion?
