Ddlg question

I understand that there is a thing with underaged littles being in the wrong and I hear others saying that they would get into legal trouble if an underaged little followed they're account even though they are nonsexual. I would like someone to show me these laws that state exactly that because when I search things like this up all I get is pedophilia cases. I also see underaged littles being reported even though they are not interacting with 18+ accounts. Explain?
