Early pregnancy help please.

I am 5 weeks & 5 days pregnant. Yesterday when I wiped I had light pink spotting, but it only lasted for like 3 minutes. Last night, I was having really bad cramps & started spotting again. But it doesn't get in my panties, it's only when I wipe. Today I have not spotted at all & feel perfectly fine. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
