Potty Training Tips??

Question

I'm new to this but my daughter is showing a good many signs of being ready (undresses self, if she has a pee or poo diaper she takes it off, tells me when she pee or pooed, most of the time etc) I just don't know how to begin. 😬 The whole process just seems so intimidating to me.. Any suggestions? I've already got everything she needs to start I'm just nervous. 😳

Look into the 3 Day Potty Training Method. I've worked in preschool and child care for years and I've seen a lot of the best results with that. You will need three (or more) consecutive days where you can stay home with your child and work on potty training.

Skip the pull ups and go straight to underwear. If she's already doing everything on her own then some cute girly character underwear will work because she won't want to "dirty princess whoever if she pees of poops on them." Took my son only a day as well because he didn't like being wet if he had an accident. Every child is different but she seems ready so it might work out easier than you expected. And reward her! Show her how proud you are of her for going potty!

My daughter had just turned 2 when she started doing what you described. We literally spent an entire day and just sat her on the toilet every 15-20 minutes and that was seriously all it took for her. One day haha. I never had to buy any special underwear or anything.
