nipple thrush - help😰?!

I think I have thrush - nipples are very sensitive, pink and get these sharp pains randomly - I'm 17 days postpartum and have been exclusively pumping as baby can't breastfeed due to cleft palate. I'm sterilizing pump pats after every use and doing a vinegar rinse on my nipples after pumping. Also using coconut oil. I also cut carbs and sugar today Any other tips? I don't think baby has it because she hasn't been on the breast and has no symptoms. Will call OB tomorrow to ask about diflucan. Vent! And advice please.
