18 weeks pregnant

Shelby
I'm currently pregnant with my first child at 29 yrs old. It was twins but I lost one at 10 weeks. And I'm also high risk due to my Epilepsy. Mind you this is something I've waited my entire life for. It didn't happen as planned cause the father is not in the picture. But, I have no excitement about this pregnancy or baby. My friends and family (that I've told) are very excited. They constantly ask for photos and where the baby is positioned everyday. I just have no desire to take photos, I'm not overwhelmed with joy at the site of my bump. Most of the time I'm embarrassed to show it. I feel terrible because I'm just not overjoyed about it. Is this normal?
