Sore Nipples Going Away?

I have been getting sore nipples for the first 3 weeks of my pregnancy. Very sore and itchy! But now all of a sudden week 4 no more soreness at all! Just light cramping here and there. Anyone else have really sore boobs and then the pain go away?
