Quick help, pls. FTM

My 2.5 week old has had a rough evening/night spitting up most or all of what she has ate. Her stomach maybe is just upset? Might be what I ate? I had some spicy things to eat for dinner. This is the 3rd night in a row she has spit up an entire breast full of milk, but tonight has been the worst.

I've tried not letting her eat so much at a time thinking maybe she was eating too fast, but she spit that up as well. Gave her some gripe water, she spit that up too. Just changed a dirty/wet diaper.

She is sleeping now, but hasn't ate much at all. I don't know if I should let her sleep and feed her when she wakes up or wake her up to feed her. I woke her up an hour ago to feed her, she spit up more, wanted to burse, but kept crying. She's normally not a fussy baby.

However, despite her spitting up the gripe water, she fell asleep quickly after.
