Implantation bleeding or period...?

Question

I'm not due for AF until April 3rd. I haven't had a period in a few months though. Just got one in March (3/6-3/12) after taking Provera. Ovulated on the 20th. Now 7 dpo. Could this be AF or implantation bleeding? No telling because I'm irregular?

It looks too heavy and too dark to be implantation bleeding.. it looks like period just came early. Hope this helps!
