TMI* What is this? 7w 1d discharge?

I am currently 7weeks and 1 day. All day I've felt like my period is comming and i go to check to find nothing. Tonight before bed i went to the toilet and wiped to find this brown/pinkish clump of gooey tissue like diacharge? Its much bigger then it looks in the photo. Im wondering if anyone knows what this could be? I will make a dr appointment to reassure everyrhing is ok as i had a mc last Nov. Therefore im a little worried.
