Trust Issues? Does he have a reason to be mad?

Talking to this guy for weeks now and we both like each other a lot. Problem is when it comes to meeting, it's hard for me because he lives far and I'm a busy person. It's life right? But lately he's become nasty with me. Meaning if we fight about a location to meet he goes "you ditched me twice and got "lost" this hurts me so much because I actually did get lost twice trying to find him and he keeps thinking I'm bullshitting him. Everytime we do try to meet up I do have something that comes up...it's not my fault but does he have a reason to be nasty with me and think I'm bullshitting when he even knows himself I got lost?
