Advice?

October Momma • 22 year old happily married mother of boy girl twins, Emma and Alden, born 10/11/17😊
Let me start this with my husband is an amazing man that I could boast about all day long. This is why this is such a hard decision for me. My husband currently works 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday and 5pm-1:30am Monday and Tuesday. He had applied for another job in his company working 2pm-10:30pm Mon-Fri a month or so before we found out we were expecting.  We are currently expecting fraternal twins due in November. My concern is that now he will be gone an extra day each week and with his work being 45mins-1hr away he would have to leave for work at 12:30 and wouldn't be home until 12am or later. This means he would sleep until at least 10am and then have to get up and leave for work. That would mean Monday-Friday I would be practically alone with two babies. He hates the position he is in now and wants a new area of work there but that new area would mean I only have his help on weekends. Should I ask him to reconsider the job because of the hours or should I let him do this? I know he deserves it and I want him to have absolutely everything he wants in life. He is such an amazing man and goes above and beyond for me in more ways than I could ever count. I'm just so scared of not only being a first time mom but being a first time mom with two newborn babies!
