BACK ACNE 😔

So i have always suffered from acne sense my teens, I am 21 now and I became better on my face but my biggest concern is my back!! It sucks seeing females have beautiful backs, seeing them wear the cutest spaghetti strap shirts,and backless dresses 😔 buying clothes for me has always been an issue.. and now that I'm about to go on a trip to the beach with my boyfriend, I have no idea what to wear! How am I going to go to the beach in a bikini with so much back acne scars!! I need help!! Who is also going through this?!
