9 days late and NPT :(

I am currently 9 days late and took multiple test and they have all been negative. I've had random cramping, lots of fatigue, nausea and vomiting, certain smells gross me out and I find myself running to the bathroom gagging. I'm thinking of going to the dr next week for a blood test if the hpt still say negative. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for   5 months now so I'm very anxious and stressed cuz I have no idea what's going on.
