I think I'm starting to miscarry

Hi Ladies,

Ugh I'm so worried and bummed out. I'm 4w4d. I've been up in the middle of the night for an hour and it feels like I'm trying to start my period. It's been a constant like burning/ constant dull cramp sensation in my uterus. No real pain yet and only light spotting. I don't know. I just have a bad feeling. I don't think this is normal. I hope I'm wrong. This is my second pregnancy. My first ended in miscarriage at 11w5d but the cramps then came on strong and hard after 5 days of bleeding. I want a baby so bad. I hate this. 😟
