Bleeding at 7 weeks pregnant

As of yesterday I am around 7 weeks pregnant. Yesterday during work I went to the bathroom and noticed I was bleeding. Not bright red, more of a dull red color. It wasn't crazy amounts of blood but enough that I had to use a tampon because that's all I had on me and I was wearing a thong.  So I called my gyno and yesterday I got blood work done. I won't get a call until around lunch time for my results today. I woke up today and the bleeding has basically stopped. It's just brown when I wipe. This is my second child and this never happens with my first so I'm obviously freaking out!! I don't have any cramps so that's good. Do you think I'm having a miscarriage or do you think it's just something else? Thank you
