Shoulder dystocia

So I had my 32 week appt and they said that my baby was 5 lbs 7oz and was in the 94% percentile. My doctor said if the baby keep growing so fast that he will have shoulder dystocia which causes the shoulder to get stuck at birth...and would either need a c section or baby to break baby shoulders...have this been told to any of u ladies?
