birth control patch

So I stoped my birth control about a month ago and me and my hubby been have sex unprotected .. how likely can I get pregnate  I already had my last period I was just getting off my period and I was ovulating as well I took a test and it said I would the next day ... really wanting a baby in our lives and he positive he thinks I'm pregnate  ! My birth control made my period regular and now that I'm off it I have not had another one I'm waiting until April to test just need some advice !!!
