Am I being the insecure girlfriend?

So I've been with my boyfriend for a year now and everytime we go out to a restaurant, mall, movie, etc. and if there's a female employee he's extremely friendly: like he keeps eye contact or smiles.5 seconds too long and it's aggravating. Or if there's a pretty girl and I know she's pretty he will look in her direction for a little too long and it just pisses me off and I'm in a bad mood for most of my date. But it's weird cause when I play his game he starts trying to get my attention more than normal cause he knows guys check me out cause I'm not a ugly girl by no means ; or when I confront him he gets pissed as to o why I'd accuse him of doing that and that it's "disrespectful" to me. I don't know am I being insecure or is there really a problem with my boyfriend not being faithful?

Yeah you're being insecure, sorry. Have faith that your man only wants you perhaps he's just a people watcher. Holding eye contact when talking to someone is good manners in my book. Have more confidence in yourself! x

My man makes a point to be all loving on me and sexual towards me when talking to another girl. I love it. Especially if she is pretty too. He is really good about showing who he loves and who he belongs too.

My SO looks occasionally. When I catch him I tend to make a joke of it. It doesn't bother me too much cus i know he would never cheat. If I see another girl looking at him or if he's been (too) friendly to a waitress I like to make a point of him being mine, stroking his face, running his leg and kissing him as well as whispering in his ear what I'm going to do to him when we get home. My SO genuinely doesn't notice most of the time that his conversations are flirty as this is just how he is and I'm the same. We have a very trusting relationship tho and can guarantee that the other would never cheat.

It sounds like a mixture of both .. sounds like you may be a bit insecure (aren't we all) and it also sounds like he probably needs to work on being more discreet when looking.  If the waitress or employee is cute it's normal for all of us to be a bit friendlier.  It's human nature.  We all also look at people passing.  The trick is learning to do it quickly.  I am so guilty of being a starer,  so is my husband.  Even if the person isn't attractive I can't help but stare and I've never even considered being unfaithful! .. sometimes I get annoyed at my husband too and I usually make a joke a about it . Like damn babe , you almost broke your neck !

It's a hard one. I'm perfectly aware that my SO will look at pretty girls because we can all appreciate beauty. I wouldn't say your SO is being unfaithful to you. I look with my SO and we pick out people because he isn't touching them or speaking to them so I don't care. I think you are being slightly insecure and don't play games with him. If it really really gets to you then just tell him. Most of the time men aren't aware of how obvious they are being, but I'd rather my SO was obvious about it than doing it in secret
