Friends with benefits is this a good idea?

Okay so I have this guy and he and I are friends with benefits and right now really he's the only one getting the benefit. but when I talked to him about it he told me he wasn't really good at pleasing others which is fine. but since I was a virgin whenever we started doing what we were doing I'm not that great at it either so I even told him that we could learn together but it doesn't seem like anything stuck because he's doing the same thing over and over again. And he is a sweet guy. But just a bit selfish when it comes down to cuming lol. Any advise???
