pressure on right side

I honestly can't tell if I have a problem with my ovary or bowel problem but when I put the slightest pressure on my lower abdomen I feel pain more on my right side. The middle of February I had a ultrasound and everything done they said I had polycysitc ovarian disease? I never got a follow up so I have no idea what to watch out for, what's serious, what's not? And help on what's going on? Is it worth the time at the ER?
