Where is my baby bump?

Hi guys, I'm currently 15 weeks and 5 days pregnant. 5 days ago I had a bump which looked like this(see photo inserted )however I got sick with gastroenteritis for 3 days and currently I have no bump and haven't felt a flutter or movement since being sick and getting better. I also have intense upper back pains which I felt more in the 3rd trimester of my last pregnancy. Could it be that the baby repositioned and I'm not feeling anything or could it be because of the fact that I got sick. Someone's opinion will be helpful,thanks
