does anyone else have these on your tongue??

I have these weird looking flaps on the bottom on my tongue. I know I was tongue tied when I was born and had to have it cut but I have no idea if that's why or not. I'm not WORRIED about them it's just so freaky looking and I'm wondering if it's a normal part of our anatomy. Weird flappy tongue thingies.
