ttc in your 20s

I am cd29 8dpo. This morning I've had a pinching burning sensation in my left abdomen off an on all day it went away for a few hours an came back. It honestly has been in the same spot with very little cramping here and there. I have also have had headaches and back pain today.. We have been trying to conceive for a few years now and are in the process of seeing a fertility specialist.
