prenatal yoga?

Can anyone recommend any online prenatal yoga videos? I took a yoga/Pilates class at a local gym prior to getting pregnant but now that I'm in my second trimester I've been more comfortable doing some videos from YouTube specific for pregnancy! I have two videos that I do often but I'm looking to switch it up and try some new ones! If you have a specific website or series on YouTube that you love please share! 🤗🤗

I would suggest finding a prenatal yoga class you can go to. I really enjoyed having the support and a group of mommies to be to share and learn with. I made some of my now good friends in class and we get our babies together and take mommy & me classes together. I wouldn't have this circle of great friends for me and my daughter of it weren't for prenatal yoga class

I've just been using YouTube. There's several on there that I rotate between.
