Baby poo. Firmish, dark grayish green. This lump is all that comes out. Breastfed and formula fed 50/50. Diet hasn't changed except she's eating an ounce more than before. Poo's been like this for two days. 2 months old. Is this normal or should I worry?

Shouldn't be firm in any case. I only breastfeed so not sure about the colour. Defiantly go get it checked baby poo shouldn't get firm at that age. Hope all is well

As long as it's not hard pellets some firmer poops should be fine... mine had quite a few that looked like that during his second month and sounded like he had a bit of a time getting it out. I gave him a 1:1 mix of half ounce apple or pear juice and water once a day in the morning for about a week and a half and it cleared up on its own. If it gets to be like pellets or baby is having a hard time passing stools, let your pediatrician know.
