Dont know what it is

I am 36 weeks and 6 days. Last night I had a real bad headache. Today I have been having pain all over my stomach,side, and back. But they come at different times and I can't time them. I have been drinking water all day. But that don't help. At my 36 week appointment I was 1 cm and 70% thin. Can this be the real thing? I am a ftm
