sick with what?

So I've been sick for over a week everyday I wake up and my throats feels worse! Last week I went to convenient care and they tested me for the flu and it came back negative, but didn't test for anything else! I'm starting to think I might have strep throat, but I haven't gotten a fever it's warming up but I've been wearing my coat and the only thing bothering me is my throat and now my head I noticed some death like coughing since yesterday though. Should I go back to the doc or just try to self treat? I hate being sick especially when pregnant😩😩😩
