Sons bad behavior

my son has an emotional disorder and cannot control himself whatsoever. he is a good sole and loves people but because he loves TOO much he has been isolated, bullied and shunned for years. he has now started to turn violent. hitting, kicking, elbowing etc. he will be 7 next week. he got in trouble yet again for hurting not 1 but 2 kids on the bus yesterday. (his bus ride is 6 houses) we live 6 houses from the school, he's just not allowed to walk.

I'm out of options and I've tried everything and I can't handle it anymore. it's so bad I don't want to throw him a birthday next week. I need help....I'm losing my mind
