Should I get second opinion from gyno?

I am seeing s fertility specialist and he has found nothing wrong in the initial fertility testing. He gave me two options. Mild fertility meds and keep trying for 3-4 months OR have a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy next week. He "thinks" maybe my tube isn't in the right spot or there is a little scarring. HSG was completely fine. I don't have time to get another fertility doctors opinion. Idk what to do!
