What do you think this is?

Pennie • BFP on April 6th... US complete, HB of 176. EDD of 12/14/18. 2nd US on 7/27 but waiting till birth for gender!
I've never had any spotting in the middle of my cycle..ever. I am on CD14 and ovulation test is close but negative..I think. I am still over two weeks away from AF. It's too early for implantation bleeding...right? We have BD almost everyday, if not every other, since the end of my last AF. I'm just so confused. Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer.
