Syria not in Civil War

So I watched this video on twitter (oh yes sooo reliable 😂) and I haven't done any research on it yet to see if the video is legitimate or not. However basically the lady in the video says that there is no Civil War in Syria, its all propaganda and it's really Assad + the Syrian people or against outside forces (US basically). I'm going to look up the video to find how legit it is and post the links/sources I find, but anyways what do you guys think?
