I need helppp!!!

I met this guy on an app and we bonded over almost everything. He kept saying that he wanted to see me and that he really liked me and whatever. Long Story short I found his social media pages and he's not only in a relationship, he's actually married! I don't want to be a home wrecker and ruin their marriage but I feel like she has the right to know her husband is cheating. What should I do?
