I am so confused and overwhelmed. Okay me and my husband stopped trying after a bunch of BFNs, well i was 4 days late , took a test, well 2, both were positive, went the e.r., urine and blood were both positive, but nothing on the ultra sound. The blood hgc level was 240. But the Dr. Said im only a week. How is this possible, when did i ovulate and/or conceive? Im so lost! If i go by the app is says im like 5 weeks, but dr says ONE. My last mentrual was march 3-8. This one never came.
