I did when I first found out, then cut down slowly until I just stopped when I was about 12 weeks.

My mom did with me through out her pregnancy and I got asthma.

Did you quit your depression meds because you are pregnant? Depending on what you were on, I would think it would be far better to continue those and quit the cigs. Most SSRIs can be taken safely during pregnancy if necessary.

You could definitely quit cold turkey and have your OB change depression meds , I take Zoloft and etc for my depression and it's safe for the baby! Just be strong and look into other med resources
