I have been regular all my life...

I've been regular ALL my life (I'm 22). And when I say regular, I mean I could pin it down to the day every month. For the last 6 months or so, I have been getting my period 2-3 days early some cycles, and even up to a week late on other cycles. Not really sure why this is happening to me? Is this normal?
