Compression socks/hose will stop the swelling in your kegs while wearing them!  I wear them every day when I go a walk, and they are fabulous!

I just went to the hospital for numbing/throbbing pain in my left leg. I have similar pains in my hands. The doctor did ultrasounds on my limbs to rule out blood clots and found that it's caused by Meralgia Paresthetica which has been brought on from pregnancy weight gain/water retention essentially pinching the nerves. She gave me compression socks (that go to my thighs) to wear during the day and they've already made a huge difference!
