any hair dressers or hair experts out there 😞

My aunt who is currently studying for cosmetology dyed my hair. I hate it :( it has too many colors and the bleach took differently in all places. I really want to dye it back to dark brown but I think the most I can wait is a week (even a week is going to be torture) my question is what can I do to my hair to prepare my hair for all the damage? At the moment it's not too bad of shape it feels pretty soft still
