LEAKING NIPPLES ??

Question

I'm a FTM so bear with me, but I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant, and I noticed my nipples leaking a bit last night, the fluid was clear and it had no smell to it but it felt just a bit slippery.. Is this normal? I thought your breat were suppose to leak milk when you were in your 3rd trimester about to give birth??? Should I call my doctor's office in the morning? I'd greatly appreciate the advice. Thank you

I started leaking at about 13-14 weeks. It got very heavy by week 16. I ruined shirts and had to buy some bra inserts to help stop it. It still happens. Sometimes my breasts feel swollen and hot, and squeezing the colostrum out helps.
 
My midwife says it's fine, and usually a good sign that you're ready to breastfeed when your baby arrives.

I started leaking at 14 weeks colisum mixed with milk by 15 weeks i had milk coming out. Dr said she's never seen it that early before and it was my first pregnancy but she wasn't concerned about it.

Lots of women leak early in pregnancy. It's totally normal and nothing to worry about at all. Just wear sports bras when at home and maybe some pads if you still leak even with a bra on.

It's colostrum....your milk will come after you have your child. It's normal for woman to leak

No need to worry, I'm almost 34 weeks, and I have leaked every day since 16 weeks. Doctor told me it's a good thing, that my body is getting ready for baby. It's more common later in pregnancy, but it's perfectly normal if it starts earlier!
