FORCING MYSELF TO VOMIT
So I'm 5 weeks pregnant. This past weekend I've been feeling okay. There's been a few times where I get drowsy or after I eat I start feeling like crap and just wanting to vomit my food without really actually vomiting and I will feel like crap just wanting to vomit for hours so I figured out yesterday that if I force myself to throw up that feeling goes away and I feel much better after then an hour later my tummy is able to eat something else and I'm able to handle it perfectly fine. This morning I had pizza .. 20 mins later I started wanting to puke again and I tried sitting on it for an hour and still felt like crap I forced the pizza out and had some oh right after and I feel much better. Is this bad?? How else can I handle it?
