Genetic testing

How many of you decided to get the test done or opt out? My doctor is pushing for me to get it done but I don't really want to.. I don't see the need for it personally for myself. If there was anything to come back that I did carry a certain gene or my baby had a ---% chance of carrying something, it wouldn't change anything. I would still have my baby and I'd rather not stress the rest of the pregnancy about something I can't change. Idk, am I the only one thinking like this?
