does the amniotic sac move around?

When I lay back I can feel where the baby is because my skin is hard there, like I can feel the ball and two nights ago or yesterday the hard ball was right in the middle of my belly below my belly button and just now I'm laying back to rub my belly and it's hard on my left and not my middle anymore. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I'm 20 weeks & 1 day today exactly.

Your amniotic sac is within your uterus. Your uterus begins at your cervix and goes up to your navel at this point of your pregnancy. Baby is able to move easily within that area. Look up some anatomy of pregnant women images at 20 wks specifically to get a really good idea of what I'm describing

Your baby has sooooooo much room right now, it'll be normal to feel him in different places, all over your belly because your uterus is much bigger than him comparatively. 
Once you're 28w, they start to run out of room and you will start to feel him in the same places and sometimes two places at once 😊
