Could that little bulge between his legs be testicles starting to descend? I was actually over 11 weeks on this pic

Baby would not have testicles visible....they remain in the abdomen and do not descend until 26-28 wks gestation and some boys do not have them descend until after birth.
The genitalia at 11 wks is not discernable....it's not fully formed until 16 wks and cannot be determined with good certainty until at least 16 wks but better between wks 18-22 when the anatomy scan is done

According to your US pictures you're at 10 weeks. It's too soon to tell whether you're having a boy or a girl as both genders have nubs.
