how do you look back at past health insights?
I have depression and OCD. Around my period, my emotions hammer the fuck out of me and I cry for hours, see things irrationally (like being rude to my mom bc she bought me clothes to try on??) l, and they basically turn my life into a huge wreck. I am trying to figure out what days I have huge emotional breakdowns so I can plan those days and know when it is likely to happen so I can prepare and prevent a lot of negative effects. I log my emotions in my health insights, but I can't find my old ones!!!! Help!!
