Self defense class
Any women here ever taken a self defense class? Do you feel like you're safer now? Like if someone tried to catch/attack you you could get away?
I'm tired of not being able to go anywhere anymore without feeling scared . multiple times I've had to go back inside a building because a man was following me and other things and I'm just tired of it.
