TMI sort of

This has been here for weeks. I pop it and it bleeds a little then scabs and it turns yellowish white again ready to pop and it HURTS! I tried not to pop it for a while and it just stayed there so I popped it just now and there's like tiny hole. Idk what this is and I'm scared please help do any of you know ???
