Cyst? Pcos?

Hello. I went to the ER for pain on my right lower side. I usually have ovulation pain but this pain continued for 24+ hrs, so I went in. They found a cyst that is about 1.6 to 1.9 cm... (1.9cm = .80 something of an inch.) I am starting to wonder if I have pcos...? I gained 60lbs within 2 yrs without changing my diet, but that happened almost 6 yrs ago. And as fast as the weight came on, it also stopped around 220lbs. I crave sugar. I have anxiety, depression, PTSD and OCD. I've tried to lose weight but do not know where to start. I try but I cant. I've lost all motivation. Any ideas? And yes I have a follow up to make sure the cyst has gone away
