Just curious does anyone believe missionary gets you a girl and back shots give you a boy? Or is it an old wives tale? Just curious to see what the ratio is

Theoretically yes, since it puts the sperm closer to your cervix. Since the male sperm are faster, it gives them an advantage over the slower/stronger female sperm. The problem is, there are so many other factors that come into play (timing, sperm health, your cervical mucus, etc), that this theory is just that...a theory. Nature will take its course, so you'll end up with whatever is meant to be.
